Check-out Guide

– Please return your key to the staff at the basement lobby after check-out for room inspection.
– Please check that you have not left any belongings behind. We are not responsible for items lost due to guest negligence.

Notice / Basic Etiquette

SS Resort values consideration, cleanliness, and a relaxed cultural atmosphere. Please keep the space clean and respectful for other guests.

[Slippery Floor] Floors may be slippery. Please wear slippers indoors and use handrails on stairs. Dry yourself after water activities or showering. We are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.

[Pets] Pets are not allowed in the resort. Guests may be asked to leave if pets are found.

[Smoking] Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas.

[Furniture / Linens] Guests are responsible for damage to furniture, bedding, sofas, towels, or other linens. Additional cleaning or replacement fees may apply.

[Save Earth] Please turn off the air conditioner, water, and main light switch when leaving the room.

[Kitchen] Strong-smelling foods are not allowed in the rooms. Please wash used kitchenware before check-out.

[Quiet Hours] Please avoid loud entertainment, drinking, and noise after 10:00 PM out of consideration for other guests.

BBQ Guide

BBQ areas are available on the B1 terrace and along the riverside path. For maintenance, the BBQ area closes at 9:00 PM. When using charcoal BBQ, tongs, scissors, disposable chopsticks, spoons, plates, and cups are provided. Tableware placed in rooms may not be taken outside.
